Last Thursday morning, an early start saw Colart Miles and Nick Williamson share insights about Agile and Lean and how they can apply to all business settings as part of Spark Lab's Startup Month series. It was a sold-out session, held in the Seafarers Club in Auckland City's Britomart.

Nick and Colart answered the crowd's questions about the methodologies, before speaking of their fascinating work with the Kamo Place Race, where they used Agile and Lean methods to hack the traditional town planning process. The initiative gained acclaim for it's unprecedented community involvement, time and cost savings (you can see more of what happened on the Facebook page).
